    • Free shipping will be shipped with either USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground Saver, or another method chosen by Kula Essentials.
    • You may select an alternative shipping method and pay the applicable amount.
    • For orders below $75, standard shipping rates will apply.

    • We currently ship only within the United States. This is because regulations and requirements for skincare products and labeling vary by country, and we want to ensure compliance with local regulations.
    • We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our international customers and appreciate your understanding.

    • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
